He handles all financial responsibilities of the company. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, American Hellenic Educational Progressive Association, Leadership 100 and the National Hellenic Society. In addition, he was the Chairman Of The Board Of Director's of Monument Bank® located in Bethesda, MD and was also on the Board Of Director's for Revere Bank (bought out by Sandy Spring Bank in 2020). Mr. Magafan is a graduate of Duke University with a degree in Mathematics.
